New, Industry Standard Fire Doors
At Andrew Wright windows we are committed to providing the highest quality products and service and, as a result of the recent focus on fire door safety, we have worked extremely hard to ensure that all of the doors in our new range exceed the latest, more rigorous industry standards now required.
Our new 30-minute fire-rated composite door (FD30), can prevent the spread of flames and harmful smoke buying valuable time in the event of a fire; the new door is available in 3 styles and in a range of colours, including standard, premium and RAL options –
- 6 panel solid style door (FDA1)
- Glazed or unglazed tongue and groove style (FDP2 and FDP0)
With applications for both domestic and commercial use, in both homes and offices, our FD30 door has become a preferred choice with local authorities keen to tackle fire concerns in multi-resident housing and local authority homes.
In addition to options for spyholes and letterboxes in the 2 new FDP styles, and clear Pyroguard laminated double glazing for the glazed version, each of the 3 new door styles also features a 3-star cylinder for maximum security.
Because personal safety is the highest consideration, our new 30-minute fire doors feature multi-point high security locking and an overhead door closer as standard and is exclusively installed by our approved installers.
Tested externally and internally to BS EN 1634-1, the Andrew Wright range of 30-minute fire doors has attained Secured by Design accreditation.
