The Position: Double-glazing Installer and Service Technician

The Role

• Conduct the installation of double-glazed windows and doors in domestic homes with utmost care and precision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of existing double-glazed windows, demonstrating a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Uphold our company values of care and integrity by providing exceptional customer service and
  addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and maintain a positive working environment.
• Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols, prioritising the well-being of both customers and

The Person

• Experience in finishing joinery or carpentry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the local community.
• Experience in the installation and servicing of double-glazed units, with a good understanding of industry best practices is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license.
